MEET ADAM NORRIS

Former SC Prosecutor & Criminal defense attorney
Adam Norris knows the courtroom from both sides of the aisle. Before opening his own criminal defense practice, Adam served as an Assistant Solicitor with South Carolina's Thirteenth and Sixth Judicial Circuit Solicitor’s Offices, prosecuting cases on behalf of the State in Pickens and Lancaster counties.
For eight years, his job was to build cases against people accused of crimes. He reviewed evidence the way the State reviews it. He decided which cases to push toward trial and which ones had problems. He negotiated pleas, argued bond hearings, and tried cases in front of South Carolina juries.
Now he puts that experience to work for the accused.

FROM THE PROSECUTION TABLE TO YOUR DEFENSE.
Most defense attorneys learn how prosecutors think by watching them. Adam learned by being one. He knows how the State evaluates a file and what issues prosecutors take seriously. That perspective shapes every case he takes, whether it's a first offense DUI in magistrate court or a serious felony in General Sessions.

Adam made the move to defense work for a simple reason. As a prosecutor, he saw how much a person's outcome depends on the quality of their representation. The system is built to move cases, not people. He wanted to be the attorney who treats his clients as people, not cases.

How Adam Works
When you hire Adam Norris, Attorney at Law, LLC; you get Adam. Not a case manager, not a rotating cast of associates. He personally reviews the evidence, appears at your hearings, and returns your calls. Clients facing criminal charges are dealing with one of the most stressful periods of their lives, and Adam believes they deserve straight answers from the attorney actually handling their case.
